I'm Traci — a Cincinnati-based stylist with nearly six years in the beauty industry, specializing in IBE® extensions, blondes, and custom color. Every service I offer is rooted in intention, precision, and deep respect for the integrity of your natural hair.
I exclusively offer IBE® extensions and continue advancing through the Masters Technique program, committed to seamless, secure, and safe installs. My studio is designed to feel calm, welcoming, and tailored to you — whether you want connection, quiet, or a moment to reset.
Outside the chair, I love Pilates and Lagree, long walks, time with family and friends, and planning our wedding. I'm endlessly grateful for my fiancé Jacob, who manages the marketing side and helped build this dream into a business.

IBE stands for Invisible Bead Extensions — a hand-tied method that uses a unique bead-and-row foundation to attach wefts without adhesive, heat, or tension on your natural hair. The beads sit flat against your scalp and are completely invisible, even in a high ponytail. It's the safest, most comfortable extension method I've ever worked with, and the one I trust enough to offer exclusively in my studio.
After years behind the chair working with different extension methods, I made the switch to IBE because it's the only method I've found that truly puts hair health first. There's no pulling, no glueing, no heat damage. My clients leave with fuller hair and their natural hair stays just as healthy underneath. That's non-negotiable for me — I won't offer anything I wouldn't wear myself.
Every extension journey starts with a consultation where we talk through your goals, assess your hair, and pick the perfect color match. Initial installs typically take 2-3 hours depending on how many rows you need. After that, you'll come back every 6-8 weeks for a move-up appointment (about 1-1.5 hours) to keep everything sitting perfectly. I walk you through care instructions so you feel confident from day one.

48 hours notice is required for cancellations. Less than 48 hours will result in a 50% charge; same-day cancellations incur an 80% charge. Declined cards will block future bookings until the balance is paid.
There is a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may require rescheduling with a 50% charge applied to the rescheduled appointment. 30 minutes with no contact is marked as a no-show.
Full payment is due at the time of service. Card and cash are accepted — no online transfers. A 3.5% card processing fee applies. Extension hair purchases are invoiced separately after consultation.
If you're feeling unwell, please don't come in — we'll gladly reschedule. Guests are welcome with advance notice so we can check space availability.
